Anger is an emotion but it matters even life when it hurts others.Anger will make you look ugly.
it is something which we cannot avoid,because it comes out due to many reasons.it is a disease like common cold which every human being will get easily.but if it persists throughout our life , it is dangerous and dreadful .
Why?
our ego is crushed/being insulted by others.
things didn't go as we expected.
being cheated by someone.
when our staff ,didn't complete their assigned work.
when someone refuses our obligation.
it goes on like this......
HOW to conquer anger?
when you read the above reasons two three times ,it will look silly.
patience is the only tool you can use.
1.)Ask your closed one to take video when you are angry ,when you see it again i am sure you will not be angry again.
2.)keep your eyes closed for a minute and think about the problem.your anger will vanish.
3.)tell this to yourself "to err is human,to forgive is divine".and think about your mistakes.in front of your mistakes,other's mistakes will look small.
4.)whatever it is ,be in the other person's side and think about the problem for a second.
HOW to handle an Angry person?

BOSS,be silent,
TEACHER,listen,
PARENTS,understand,
SIBLINGS,convince,
LIFE PARTNER,feel it.
so whenever a person is in ANGER,don't speak against them.try to cool them first,and then express your ideas.
MAKE YOUR ANGER SO EXPENSIVE,SO THAT PEOPLE WILL FEEL THE VALUE IN IT.when you are angry often,people will not lend their ears to you.but occasional anger always gains its importance.
